Privacy Policy

Celestial Manifests (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Who we are
Celestial Manifests is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN [ADD AFTER ACRA REGISTRATION]), run by Aumi. Our Data Protection Officer is Aumi. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +65 8891 8195 or by email at hello@celestialmanifests.com.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address or messaging ID.
- Reading details: your birth date, time and place, and the questions or situation you choose to share.
- Images you send: photos of your palms for palm readings, and photos or floor plans of your home or business for geomancy.
- Session notes: the written summary we prepare for you after a session.
- Payment records: the amount, date and service paid for. Card, PayNow and PromptPay payments are processed by our payment provider, HitPay; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your reading or blessing.
- To schedule sessions, send reminders, take payment and send your summary.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To keep the business records the law requires.
- To send news and offers only if you have agreed. You can stop these at any time by replying “STOP” or telling us.
Sensitive information
During a reading you may share personal matters such as your health, family, relationships or beliefs. You decide what to share. We use it only to prepare your own session, never for marketing, and never share it with anyone else.
Consent
By booking a session and ticking the consent box, you agree to us collecting and using your data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we may no longer be able to provide a reading, and we will tell you what that means before acting on it.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the services we need to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- HitPay, to process payments.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Zoom or Google Meet, to talk with you.
- Netlify, to run this website.
- Government authorities, if the law requires it.
Some of these services may store data outside Singapore. When that happens, we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
- Session notes, palm photos and home or business photos: deleted 12 months after your last session, or sooner if you ask.
- Payment and booking records: kept for 5 years, as required for tax purposes, then deleted.
How we protect it
We keep your information on password-protected devices and accounts with two-factor sign-in, share it only with you, and delete it securely when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days.
This website
The free lucky colour and life number tool works entirely in your browser: the birth date you enter is not sent to us. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address under Google’s own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
